Network Deployment

Installing a network is among the most intricate IT projects a business may undertake. With numerous potential hurdles such as delays, issues, and hardware/software incompatibilities, your business requires experienced professionals. These experts should adhere to timelines, communicate effectively, offer transparent answers and pricing, and ensure comprehensive training and support materials for you and your staff. The consequences of a poorly installed wireless network can be disastrous, even for a well-designed system. Identifying the root cause of issues becomes challenging, leading to problems like vendor lock-ins, security risks, incompatible solutions, and inadequate support.

Our Network Deployment Model

Budgeting

Effectively implementing a new IT solution involves collaboration and input from various stakeholders, including management, IT, procurement, and end-users. This collaboration aims to establish business justifications, budget considerations, project schedules, and the goals to be achieved throughout the project..

Project Management

For any deployment, maintaining consistent, pertinent, and precise  communication is essential throughout the project's duration. It is  advisable to have a designated single point of contact overseeing all  facets of the deployment process, aligning technology implementation  with business goals.

Procurement

Collaborating with the project manager and management teams, the procurement team will engage with vendors to acquire the necessary hardware, software, and licensing for the planned solution.

Onsite Installations

The on-site technical team will execute the tasks specified in the technical work packages. Once the physical installation and patching are completed, the technical team will then proceed to power on, configure, and validate the equipment in collaboration with your system administrators.

Knowledge Transfer

A successful knowledge transfer system enables you and your team to  preserve the knowledge acquired from our completed deployments. Our  engineers will closely collaborate with your team to implement a robust  project transition plan, ensuring that your team possesses both explicit  and tacit knowledge about the newly deployed network.  Additionally, if required, we can offer detailed training sessions for  your staff.

Documentation

Once the network deployment is completed, we will furnish comprehensive  as-built documentation outlining all installed materials and hardware.
